At Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Loverboy designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
